Senior Project Lead – CTG Transfers & NPI

About the role

The Sr. Project Lead provides independent leadership for complex, cross‑functional projects that impact the CTG site and the broader organization. You will drive projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business commitments, quality requirements and PMO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, budgets, schedules and success measures in partnership with sponsors and cross‑functional teams.
• Lead mid‑ to large‑scale projects with limited direction, establishing governance cadence and maintaining accountability for outcomes.
• Align technical, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, R&D, finance and administrative partners around common goals.
• Anticipate and manage risks, dependencies and issues, maintaining logs and driving mitigation actions.
• Use data‑driven analysis to evaluate alternatives, explain trade‑offs and recommend decisions.
• Oversee New Product Development, product transfers and Value Improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with quality‑system and change‑control requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy or related field.
• At least seven years of experience leading significant cross‑functional projects.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority, manage ambiguity and align stakeholders across sites.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messages for senior leadership.
• English proficiency at C1 level or equivalent business fluency.
