Senior Program Manager - Enablement Portfolio

About the role

Cornerstone is hiring a Senior Program Manager for its Enablement Portfolio, a hybrid position based in Costa Rica. The role leads the planning, coordination, governance and reporting of the university's strategic initiative portfolio, partnering with leaders across the organization to drive execution, give visibility into portfolio performance, support executive business reviews and keep initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of strategic initiatives and partner with leaders to plan, prioritize and coordinate them.
• Develop and maintain portfolio plans, timelines, milestones, executive dashboards and status reports.
• Monitor portfolio health and report regularly on progress toward goals and business outcomes.
• Prepare materials and insights for executive business reviews, governance meetings and operational planning sessions.
• Analyze portfolio performance to identify trends, risks, dependencies and opportunities, and recommend actions to leadership.
• Support business reviews with visibility into initiative progress, capacity, resource utilization and overall performance.
• Facilitate governance meetings, document decisions, track action items and follow through on commitments.
• Support prioritization, capacity planning and resource allocation, and establish portfolio management standards and governance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, business operations, strategy or a related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting and business reviews.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Required skills
