Young Professional – Operations Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ people, is looking for a Young Professional Operations Analyst. This is an entry-level opportunity to start a career in business operations, supporting process improvement initiatives and developing analytical skills alongside experienced operations professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Gather and organize operational data to produce reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and contribute to process optimization.
• Monitor key operational metrics, flag deviations and help with root cause analysis.
• Help implement new tools, systems or procedures to improve day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to preparing presentations and materials for internal meetings and reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in operations, process improvement or business analysis.
• Analytical mindset with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
