Manage Spend Inventory Health Monitoring

About the role

The Managed Spend Execution team owns high-value customer deals onboarding and inventory monitoring, and builds GenAI-powered automation that improves how Amazon Business operates. The team is the single point of contact for every managed spend deal, from escalations and troubleshooting to renewal, and works with engineering and product teams to automate manual processes. This role covers pre-onboarding health checks, post-onboarding inventory monitoring and reporting, and health checks at deal renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Track and interpret health metrics, KPIs and SLAs to monitor deal health and drive timely resolution.
• Manage escalations via SIM tickets, partnering with multiple teams to resolve provisioning and pricing issues.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance across the deal lifecycle.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Engineering stakeholders to resolve issues and influence the roadmap for onboarding tools.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization and automation, and help build the internal tools that make them real.
• Apply generative AI tools and automation technologies (e.g. Python, SQL, APIs) to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards in QuickSight, Tableau or Power BI.
• Document processes and maintain SOPs, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required profile

• Fluent speaking, writing and reading in English.
• 3+ years of interaction with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environments.
• Experience managing high-priority queues preferred.

Required skills

• SQL and advanced Excel (array and statistical formulas).
• CRM and cloud systems such as Salesforce and AWS.
• Preferred: project and program management, business analysis, and using data to influence business decisions.
