Senior Program Manager – Cross‑Functional Product & Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead large, cross‑functional product and platform initiatives. The role will coordinate product, engineering, UX and leadership teams to drive planning, execution, risk and dependency management across programs such as account unification, identity & access, messaging integrations and AI‑related work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of multi‑team product and platform programs.
• Partner with product, engineering, UX and leadership stakeholders to gather input, align priorities and ensure delivery.
• Translate a backlog of initiatives into structured programs with clear objectives, milestones and ownership.
• Manage dependencies, risks, decision points and maintain program artifacts across workstreams.
• Create and maintain project plans, RACI matrices, status updates and related documentation.
• Support roadmap coordination and execution for ongoing product, platform and user‑experience initiatives.
• Proactively identify issues and propose practical, solutions‑oriented paths forward.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of high‑level architecture and system flows.
• Solid program and project‑management fundamentals.
• Experience creating and managing delivery artifacts such as project plans and RACI frameworks.
• Critical thinking with a logical, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable engaging with cross‑functional stakeholders including technical leads, product managers and directors.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a backlog of initiatives and translate them into structured programs.
• Proactive ownership of deliverables, defining objectives and identifying risks.
