About the role
Progress is seeking a Senior Partner Account Manager to drive growth across Latin America. Working from a home office and our Belen, Costa Rica location, you will manage and expand relationships with strategic partners, acting as a trusted advisor and catalyst for revenue generation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Partner Engagement Model and specific sales plans.
- Identify, qualify, and build a pipeline with diverse partners (SI/SP, ISV, distributors, resellers, OEMs, alliances).
- Generate revenue, bookings, licenses, subscriptions, services, and maintenance across all offerings.
- Acquire deep product and industry knowledge to support quota attainment.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Customer Support, Professional Services, and other internal teams.
- Resolve partner conflicts throughout the sales cycle and deliver high‑impact account and territory plans.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing strategic partners in indirect software or services sales.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication.
- Consultative sales background with a track record of building service offerings with partners.
- Ability to engage decision‑makers across multiple partner types.
