Account Manager – LATAM

About the role
WeTravel is looking for a proactive Account Manager to support our growing community of travel organizers across Latin America. You will help clients maximize the value of our SaaS platform while delivering exceptional, hands‑on support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing travel‑business clients.
- Identify and act on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand product usage.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to relay insights and improve the platform.
- Gather and share customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2+ years of B2B account management or customer success experience.
- Strong multitasking ability and calm, solution‑oriented approach under pressure.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for client visits.
Required skills
- Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms.
