Senior Paid Search Specialist – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist to independently manage, optimise and execute paid search campaigns for U.S. clients. The role is fully remote, based in Latin America, and works closely with a U.S.-based digital marketing agency. You will translate strategic direction into day‑to‑day account ownership, ensuring performance, budget and bid management align with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Take full day‑to‑day ownership of assigned U.S. paid‑search accounts, maintaining campaign structure and bid strategies.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads, including keyword expansion, negative keywords, ad copy testing and audience targeting.
• Analyse performance data to understand business impact, post‑click behaviour and CRO signals.
• Control daily and monthly budget pacing to maximise ROI and meet KPI targets.
• Collaborate with U.S. strategy leaders, providing proactive updates and flagging anomalies or tracking issues.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on paid‑search management experience (Google Ads & Microsoft/Bing Ads).
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to work autonomously on complex accounts without micro‑management.
• Experience operating through a registered Limited Company or Personal Service Company is preferred.
