Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist

About the role

This role owns the end‑to‑end execution of email campaigns and audience programs for a B2B tech company, using a modern MarTech stack. It reports to the Senior Marketing Campaign Operations Manager and supports AMS marketing campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute batch emails, multi‑touch nurture programs, smart campaigns and promotional campaigns in Marketo.
• Create and manage audience segments, targeted list logic and smart list builds using Marketo and Hightouch.
• Develop campaign infrastructure in Marketo, including landing pages, program templates, workflows and hierarchies.
• Create and QA email assets in Knak, ensuring brand, technical and deliverability standards.
• Implement A/B tests across subject lines, content and audience segments to maximise engagement.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve open rates, CTR and pipeline impact.
• Manage project intake, timelines and delivery tracking in Asana.
• Document processes, establish governance standards and drive consistency across marketing requestors.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in Email Campaign Operations within the B2B tech industry.
• Hands‑on expertise with Marketo; certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or a comparable CRM platform.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
