Senior Media Manager (Healthcare)

About the role

This is a client-facing Senior Media Manager position in healthcare, advertised through Power Digital for one of its partner companies. The role sits alongside a Media Supervisor and supports the Associate Media Director, covering media planning, campaign management and client reporting. It is remote.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid media accounts end to end, meeting pacing and KPI targets
• Own all Paid Search strategy, project ideation, road mapping and testing, and lead the team
• Work with Account Managers and the Media Supervisor to set client goals, priorities and efficiency needs
• Increase billing on existing accounts and propose expanded media coverage for new ones
• Learn new strategies, test new platforms and expand the paid media offering
• Act as main point of contact for owned accounts, generate reports, write insights and communicate with clients
• Maintain held accounts with optimizations, structural updates, bidding methods, conversion types and copy revisions
• Design and run tests monthly and quarterly (structural, targeting, creative, messaging, conversion) and improve full-funnel structures

Required profile

• 4-5+ years of experience, primarily in Paid Search; Paid Social, Programmatic or both preferred
• Experience managing paid media budgets above 100k per month
• Experience driving paid media strategy and testing, and full project ownership from strategy briefs to campaign deployment and reporting
• Strong communication skills to convince clients, and excellent reporting and insight skills
• Ability to interface with internal teams and clients, multitask and prioritize
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
