Senior MarTech Solutions Engineer

About the role

Nortal is hiring a Senior MarTech Solutions Engineer for a global marketing technology team driving an AI-powered digital transformation. You will join a high-visibility collaboration between a leading global technology company and Adobe, building AI agents and custom engineering solutions that automate marketing campaign execution at scale. This is an engineering-first role: you will design, develop, integrate and optimize intelligent automation solutions across the Adobe ecosystem, and act as a technical lead and trusted advisor to cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain AI agents that automate marketing campaigns, including workflows, guardrails and validation processes, and integrate AI-generated content into marketing workflows
• Own end-to-end solution architectures for custom MarTech applications, defining technical architecture, data flows and integration patterns
• Develop full-stack React and JavaScript single-page applications, backend services, persistence layers and RESTful APIs
• Build integrations, webhooks, APIs and bidirectional CRM synchronization, and improve data quality and synchronization with data teams
• Drive adoption of Adobe Experience Platform, GenStudio, Customer Journey Analytics and related tools, and support Buying Groups and account-based marketing frameworks
• Maintain reusable email templates and dynamic content frameworks, improving rendering across Outlook, Gmail, webmail and mobile
• Act as technical lead and document system designs, processes and standards; support onboarding and knowledge transfer
• Take part in Nortal's Technical Interviewer Program, conducting technical interviews for client teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 4-7 years of hands-on engineering experience in enterprise B2B marketing technology, including Adobe implementations
• Strong experience with at least one enterprise Marketing Automation Platform, preferably Marketo Engage
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud technologies such as AEP, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, CJA or GenStudio
• Proven experience designing and building AI agents, and strong experience designing technical solutions and system architectures
• Full-stack development experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, backend technologies and REST APIs
• Working knowledge of SQL, ETL concepts and marketing data flows; ability to work independently and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders
• Advanced English proficiency
