SAP PM Business Partner Consultant (LATAM, Remote + Travel)

About the role

An international SAP program is looking for a SAP PM Business Partner Consultant to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The consultant facilitates communication, supports decision-making and ensures alignment between business requirements and SAP PM capabilities. The role is full-time, freelance, based remotely in LATAM with up to 50% international travel, on a 4-month assignment with possible extension.

Key responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, and facilitate communication and decision-making.
• Validate business requirements and ensure they align with SAP PM capabilities.
• Take part in testing, user validation and training activities.
• Support change management and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with international teams across multiple locations and help coordinate project activities and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide business-oriented guidance throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Senior-level experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Experience as a Business Partner, Business Analyst or functional liaison, and in rollout or transformation projects.
• Advanced English and Spanish, with the ability to work with multicultural teams.
• Availability for up to 50% international travel and to start in the short term.
• Nice to have: experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical technology, global team experience, change management and training/user adoption experience.
