Senior Manufacturing Supervisor – Support Areas

About the role

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to lead support‑area teams that produce life‑changing medical devices. You will ensure production quality, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with engineering and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise employees and manufacturing activities across one or more production areas, ensuring compliance with specifications and procedures.
• Oversee work‑order scheduling, monitor team performance metrics, and report productivity and quality results to management.
• Ensure staff are properly trained for assigned tasks and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Partner with engineering on investigations, corrective actions, and non‑conformance reviews.
• Participate in improvement projects, designing and optimizing procedures and work methods.
• Perform daily audits to verify adherence to manufacturing procedures.
• Handle additional incidental duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, business, or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience leading manufacturing teams and working with cross‑functional groups.
• Proven experience in medical‑device, electronics, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing environments.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 6:00 am – 3:30 pm.
