Senior Managing Consultant – Performance Analytics

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead Performance Analytics within its Advisors & Consulting Services division. The role focuses on translating data into strategic insights for global clients across banking, payments, retail and other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements, developing analytics strategies and programs that unlock client value.
• Own senior client relationships from mid‑level to C‑suite, delivering insights and recommendations.
• Guide project teams through problem solving, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders to scope projects, create solutions and build intellectual capital.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, coaching and mentorship to both internal and external team members.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree with extensive experience (14+ years) in data analytics, business intelligence or related fields.
• Proven track record leading large, complex projects and senior client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of business KPIs, financials and organizational leadership.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and lead proposal development.
• Strong analytical, interpretive and problem‑solving skills with experience synthesizing large data sets into actionable recommendations.
