About the role
The Senior Video Conferencing Engineer leads the strategy, architecture, engineering, operation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise video conferencing service, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable collaboration across global locations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop service strategy, standards, governance, and roadmap.
- Design, test, and deploy video conferencing architecture and solutions.
- Manage service operations, incident, problem, and change management.
- Provide production support for executive events, town halls, and high‑visibility meetings.
- Plan lifecycle, security, vendor management, and analytics.
Required profile
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in video conferencing engineering.
- Microsoft Teams Rooms certification.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
