Senior Manager, CX Messaging and Activation Lead

About the role

Pfizer is looking for a senior leader to own the positioning, messaging and activation of its internal AI platforms. The role sits within the GTM and Adoption team and focuses on turning digital investments into measurable colleague adoption across a global workforce of roughly 80,000.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a single, compelling value proposition for each AI platform and adapt it for diverse audiences (lab scientists, manufacturing supervisors, finance analysts, etc.).
• Design and execute internal product launches that go beyond standard communications, using unconventional tactics to capture attention.
• Segment colleagues by lifecycle stage and tailor messaging to their familiarity and usage patterns.
• Partner with divisional and local communicators to ensure messages are culturally and regulatorily appropriate, adapting rather than merely translating content.
• Position each platform against alternative solutions (external AI tools, manual work‑arounds) and articulate clear WIIFM (What’s In It For Me) benefits.
• Measure adoption, retention and impact, feeding insights back into future campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing or internal communications for technology platforms.
• Strong expertise in positioning, segmentation and launch execution at scale.
• Ability to translate technical features into user‑centric narratives that resonate across varied business functions.
• Experience working in a global, highly regulated environment and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
