Senior Information Security Project Manager

About the role

Softtek is seeking a driven Senior Information Security Project Manager to lead multiple global initiatives. The role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle processes, reporting, dashboard development, and a broad range of cyber‑security and technology projects. You will define scope, manage plans, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure compliance with standards while delivering projects on time.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and summarize project data on phases, tasks, duration, resources, and costs.
• Develop work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and resource assignments for management review.
• Act as liaison among internal and external stakeholders, business units, and development teams to ensure effective coordination.
• Facilitate communication, schedule meetings, and resolve issues promptly.
• Define deliverables, approval processes, and quality criteria.
• Establish and manage project scope, handling change requests as needed.
• Build time estimates, develop schedules, and address scheduling problems.
• Create, maintain, publish, and distribute comprehensive project plans.
• Identify, mitigate, and recommend alternatives for risks and issues.
• Monitor and report progress against timeframes, scope, quality, cost, and risk targets.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, capable of forming and guiding local and remote teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven experience delivering complex cyber‑security and technology projects on a global scale.
• Ability to ensure compliance with relevant standards and deliver projects within deadlines.
