Senior HR Business Partner – Regional Accounting Hub

As a Senior HR Business Partner you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning people initiatives with business goals to drive performance, engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a structured people framework that meets regional and local legislative requirements while supporting career development, performance management and succession planning.
• Translate business priorities into integrated talent, organizational and cultural strategies, advising senior leadership on decisions that affect productivity, cost efficiency and service levels.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent processes—including performance reviews, succession planning and leadership development—to build strong pipelines of critical capabilities.
• Align headcount, capabilities and staffing strategies with dynamic operational needs, especially in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.
• Leverage HR analytics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, productivity) to generate insights, anticipate trends and support fact‑based decision‑making.
• Drive and facilitate organizational change initiatives, new business implementations and transformations, ensuring adoption and minimal disruption.
• Design and coordinate Learning & Development programmes across the hub, including training, workshops, mentoring and e‑learning.
• Provide HR dashboards and metrics to hub leadership and represent the hub in regional/global HR forums.

Required profile

• Strategic advisor with proven experience partnering with senior business leaders.
• Deep knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, change management, leadership development, succession planning and organizational design.
• Ability to translate HR initiatives into measurable operational and financial results.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, building close partnerships with hub‑based senior leaders.
• Experience leading large‑scale transformation or finance‑related projects.
