Senior GTM/GA4 Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior GTM & GA4 Analytics Specialist to lead advanced tracking implementations and product feed optimization for a major client in the marketing industry. The role combines deep technical expertise with autonomous problem‑solving in fast‑paced performance‑marketing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations across multiple accounts, configuring advanced event tracking, custom variables, and complex triggers.
• Diagnose and resolve tracking discrepancies, ensuring consistent data across paid media and analytics platforms.
• Lead product feed optimization using DataFeedWatch or similar tools, creating advanced feed rules, segmentation logic, and performance‑based enhancements.
• Collaborate with paid media teams to improve Shopping campaign performance and troubleshoot feed disapprovals or data mismatches.
• Configure, validate, and audit GA4 tracking frameworks, identifying gaps and supporting accurate attribution and conversion tracking.

Required profile

• 3+ years hands‑on experience implementing GTM with advanced custom events and debugging.
• 2+ years managing product feeds for Google Shopping campaigns.
• Experience using DataFeedWatch or an equivalent feed‑management platform.
• Direct experience supporting paid search campaigns in a performance‑marketing agency.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and advanced English proficiency.
