Associate Creative Director, Copywriter

About the role

Deloitte’s Marketing, Brand & Communications team is looking for an Associate Creative Director who can lead the development of cross‑channel creative concepts and copy. You will work closely with marketers and business leaders to turn strategic ideas into compelling marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative concepting and copywriting for campaigns across marketing collateral, video/motion graphics, experiential concepts, branding, infographics, web, social media, email and events.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to research topics, define business priorities and craft key messages for deliverables.
• Present ideas to internal teams, incorporate feedback and continuously recommend new creative channels or technologies.
• Manage external resources, coach junior talent and lead internal task forces or strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of in‑house or agency experience on integrated, cross‑channel campaigns with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, able to engage senior leaders.
• Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Fluent written and oral English and Spanish.
• Copy editing and proofreading expertise.
• Proficiency in digital and traditional channels, including all major social media platforms, content creation and video production.
