Senior Copywriter

About the role

Deloitte’s Marketing Excellence team is looking for a Senior Copywriter to create compelling copy across email, social, ads, landing pages and other digital assets. You will translate audience insights into content that moves prospects through the marketing funnel while collaborating with a diverse team of marketers, strategists and analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Create powerful copy for email, social campaigns, ads, landing pages and other assets that inspire action.
• Translate persona and audience strategies into content that moves targets through the marketing funnel.
• Conduct research to understand target audiences and align messaging with business offerings.
• Collaborate with marketers, channel strategists, data analysts and creatives to develop integrated campaigns.
• Distill complex business language into clear, simple copy that resonates with customers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience writing and producing a wide range of marketing/advertising assets.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative, proactive “can‑do” mentality and ability to present ideas and recommendations to leaders.
• Legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without employer sponsorship.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and tactics.
• Experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and B2B marketing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Experience using Workfront for project management.
