Senior Golang Developer – 100% Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Golang Developer to join our fully remote team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high‑performance services while mentoring other engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute action items proactively and work independently.
• Own and evolve the technical roadmap for backend services.
• Monitor production services, lead troubleshooting, and resolve complex incidents.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable micro‑services and distributed architectures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive enterprise‑wide technical initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on Golang.
• Strong grasp of functional and object‑oriented paradigms and SOLID principles.
• Proven ability to design RESTful APIs and work with SOA/micro‑services.
• Experience architecting systems, mentoring engineers, and communicating complex ideas clearly.
• Continuous learner who stays current with emerging technologies.
