Senior Global Campaign Manager

About the role

Cornerstone is seeking an experienced Senior Global Campaign Manager to lead the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of integrated global campaigns that support go‑to‑market priorities and drive engagement, demand, pipeline, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end global campaign strategy, translating business and product priorities into buyer journeys across audiences, content, channels, and regions.
• Lead integrated campaign execution across paid digital, content syndication, email nurture, webinars, events, ABX, web, and field activation.
• Collaborate with product marketing, content, digital, ABX, field marketing, and regional teams to activate and customize programs.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, conduct testing, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve pipeline and revenue.
• Manage campaign budgets, documentation, external agencies, and ensure proper tracking in Salesforce and other marketing systems.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including demand generation and global campaign management.
• Proven ability to build and manage multi‑channel campaigns from strategy through measurement and optimization.
• Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership skills, able to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience working with global and regional teams across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
