Business Analyst - Webinar Data & Insights

About the role

The organization is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the execution and continuous improvement of its partner webinar programs. You will turn webinar, registration, attendance and feedback data into actionable insights that drive engagement, inform business decisions and improve the partner experience. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Content and Operations teams to build reporting frameworks, optimize outreach and set up scalable data processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance webinar performance reporting by consolidating data from registration platforms, surveys, attendance records and internal tracking systems.
• Produce recurring reports and dashboards on performance, audience engagement, attendance trends and program effectiveness, and deliver regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain a centralized database of opted-in partners, build targeted invitation lists and ensure data quality through validation, deduplication and normalization.
• Analyze survey and engagement feedback, identify patterns and trends, and produce quarterly insights reports with recommendations.
• Measure the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and invitations, and set measurement frameworks and success metrics for new initiatives.
• Design and maintain dashboards and visual reports using business intelligence tools, presenting complex data clearly to stakeholders and executives.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and streamline workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Insights Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with data-driven marketing programs, webinar operations, campaign analytics or related functions.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights to senior leadership.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and data analysis techniques.
• SQL and working with backend databases and data tables.
• Reporting, visualization and business intelligence tools such as Looker, AppSheet or similar.
• Dashboards and executive-level reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace.
