Senior Finance Operations Analyst

About the role

The Finance Operations Specialist supports core financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and operational excellence across accounting and finance functions. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to manage financial data, oversee system workflows, and provide insights for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of GL entries and financial reports.
• Maintain financial documentation and support audit requirements.
• Support creation and maintenance of project financial data, including capital asset documentation and spend tracking.
• Compile and analyze headcount metrics for monthly reporting and maintain resource data in timekeeping systems.
• Maintain vendor data, oversee Procure‑to‑Pay system workflows, and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in process documentation, ad‑hoc financial analysis, and special projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2‑3 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of GL processes, financial controls, and accrual methodologies.
