Senior Director, Credit to Cash Food North America

About the role

The Senior Director, Credit to Cash (CTC) Food NA leads the execution of tactical and strategic plans that minimize credit risk while maximizing cash flow and operational efficiency across the Credit‑to‑Cash cycle for Cargill’s North American food business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the regional CTC strategy, covering credit, collections and dispute management.
• Oversee creditworthiness assessments, portfolio management and counter‑party relationship governance.
• Lead customer dispute resolution, deductions and invoicing discrepancy handling.
• Establish performance metrics, reporting and analytics for senior leadership.
• Implement robust credit controls, policies and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Develop and coach a high‑performing team, fostering continuous improvement and process standardisation.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in credit, collections or dispute management within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across commercial, finance and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and manage regulatory compliance.
