Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

HiredScore is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead its Professional Services delivery team. You will work closely with global product, development, and client success teams, as well as senior client leadership, to ensure successful implementations of the Talent Orchestration platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Implementation Managers and Technical Consultants.
• Oversee project delivery, prioritize work assignments, and manage client escalations.
• Participate in client calls when needed and act as a subject‑matter expert.
• Develop, refine, and document delivery processes.
• Track and report on delivery metrics, identify improvement areas, and celebrate team successes.
• Collaborate with HiredScore’s product, development, and client success teams to align delivery with business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading delivery or implementation teams in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior client leaders.
• Ability to dive into details, drive metrics, and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
