Senior Data Privacy & Compliance Specialist (Remote)

About the role

As a Senior Data Privacy & Compliance Specialist you will lead the company’s data protection initiatives, ensuring that all processes meet global privacy regulations. You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams to embed privacy by design and maintain a strong compliance posture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain data privacy policies and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments, risk evaluations and gap analyses.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance with GDPR, CCPA and other relevant laws.
• Lead data‑breach response, incident management and reporting procedures.
• Provide guidance, training and support to internal teams on privacy best practices.
• Track and report compliance metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data privacy, compliance or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of international data‑protection regulations and frameworks.
• Experience with privacy assessment tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of information security principles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
