Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager – Global Initiatives

About the role

UST is seeking a seasoned Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead multiple global initiatives focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and broader cyber‑security transformations. The role combines strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and hands‑on delivery of complex security projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and summarise project data on phases, tasks, duration, resources and costs.
• Develop work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets and resource assignments for management review.
• Act as liaison among internal and external stakeholders, business units and development teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Facilitate communication, schedule status meetings and drive issue resolution.
• Define deliverables, review and approval processes, and quality criteria.
• Manage project scope, change requests and schedule adjustments.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 4+ years managing cyber‑security or information‑security projects.
• Strong knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes and global migrations.
• Experience with Google Sec Ops platform and reporting/dashboard development.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, Jira and standard project‑management methodologies.
