Senior Customer Solutions Engineer

About the role

Sysdig is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to own executive‑level relationships and drive strategic engagement with enterprise customers. You will partner with customers to deploy, optimize, and expand the Sysdig platform while aligning technical capabilities with business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic engagement for a portfolio of high‑value customers, building trust from engineers to the C‑suite.
• Collaborate on Sysdig deployments, architecture, and best practices, leading workshops and business reviews.
• Identify risks and opportunities, drive renewal and expansion discussions, and monitor account health.
• Advocate customer requirements to product and engineering, and partner with support and professional services for issue resolution.
• Mentor junior CSMs/CSEs and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or related consulting at a SaaS or cybersecurity firm.
• Proven experience managing enterprise relationships and navigating complex organizations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business impact.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Kubernetes (installation, troubleshooting, Helm)
• Linux, Terraform, scripting languages, API integration
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Container‑based solutions and DevSecOps concepts
• CKAD, CKA, or CKS certifications (preferred)
