Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect – LATAM

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect to lead technology implementations, governance and enhancements of tax components within ERP systems across the LATAM region. The role works closely with tax experts, technology deployment teams and finance stakeholders to ensure accurate tax determination and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support tax technology implementations (ERP and related applications), gathering local tax requirements and assisting in design, analysis, testing and post‑go‑live training.
• Build and maintain tax requirements in ERP systems and dedicated tax applications, following a standard tax methodology.
• Ensure tax requirements are consistently documented and implemented, providing controls and monitoring tax logic within the ERP environment.
• Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to develop unified solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tax technology or finance.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical abilities to embed tax requirements in ERP systems.
• Understanding of tax reporting and basic statutory requirements.
• Experience or solid knowledge of an international tax/finance environment.
• Candidate must be based in Rosario (Argentina), Santiago (Chile), San José (Costa Rica) or Mexico City (Mexico).
