Senior Consultant, Strategy & Technology

About the role

Konrad Group is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead cross‑functional teams of consultants, designers, and developers on medium‑ to large‑scale digital projects. The role guides clients through a Design Thinking process, delivering innovative user experiences and leveraging emerging technologies such as AI.

Key responsibilities

• Support engagement leads on projects ranging from rapid‑to‑market initiatives to large digital transformations.
• Strategize and create digital solutions for diverse clients and industry verticals.
• Lead and facilitate user‑experience design thinking workshops with clients.
• Interpret client business challenges and collaborate with design and technology teams to deliver elegant solutions.
• Ensure client goals and project timelines are met.
• Act as a thought leader on design, technology, and AI trends.
• Prepare presentations, documentation, RFP responses, and other collateral.
• Mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of relevant experience leading strategy, design, and technology teams.
• Proven experience delivering medium‑ and large‑scale digital projects.
• Strong understanding of management, business, and finance processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a track record of public speaking.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
