Senior Client Tech Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Client Tech Support Associate to provide advanced technical support for enterprise platforms. You will troubleshoot production incidents, validate system configurations, and ensure platform stability across application, infrastructure, and data layers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 rotating on‑call support to customers and internal groups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents.
• Validate system configurations and ensure platform stability.
• Investigate issues and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams.
• Manage operational processes such as security certificate management, reporting, and environment validation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Application, Systems, Production Support or Technical Operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2 level).
• Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Required skills

• IIS administration and SSL/TLS certificate troubleshooting.
• SQL database querying and troubleshooting.
• Windows Server administration and TCP/IP fundamentals.
• PowerShell and VBScript scripting.
• ServiceNow, Jira, Client360 ticketing systems.
• Microsoft Excel and Power BI for operational reporting.
