Senior Change & Communications Specialist – Digital Products

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is looking for a senior specialist to join its Change Management and Communications Center of Expertise. The role supports product portfolios that deliver a digital workforce experience to BCG employees, operating in a surge‑capacity model that can quickly scale across priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute change strategies for digital products, driving key behaviours that lead to adoption.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, engagement plans, change impact assessments and risk mitigation activities.
• Develop and deliver strategic, user‑framed communication plans and related content.
• Create training and enablement materials, track behavioural KPIs and metrics.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, vendors and cross‑functional teams, adapting quickly to shifting portfolio demands.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in a dedicated change‑management role (consulting or project‑management background is a plus).
• Change‑management certification or formal training is advantageous.
• Experience working in agile or surge‑capacity environments, with the ability to ramp across multiple portfolios.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and a university degree with high academic achievement.
