Senior Capacity Program Manager – Content Operations

About the role

Amazon Prime Video is building a next‑generation digital supply chain to support its fast‑growing global streaming service. As a Senior Capacity Program Manager you will design and own capacity strategies that optimize workforce investment across a worldwide operations network.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain reallocation frameworks that determine when and how headcount moves across sites, programs, and workflows.
• Build network‑wide capacity models that provide 12‑plus week forward‑looking recommendations.
• Create standard operating procedures for work allocation and scheduling.
• Partner with senior operations leaders to solve complex capacity challenges and influence resource‑allocation decisions.
• Drive adoption of standardized capacity‑management practices across the organization.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with experience designing scalable frameworks for global operations.
• Proven ability to navigate competing stakeholder priorities and lead through influence.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working in high‑ambiguity, fast‑moving environments.
