About the role
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will design and develop BI solutions that drive business success, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects and design data solutions to support business objectives.
- Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and ad‑hoc analyses.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing proactive analysis to senior leadership.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, delivering training on technical tools and analytics skills.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Economics).
- Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to interact with senior management.
Required skills
- Experience creating and maintaining BI solutions such as dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency with data analysis techniques and tools.
