Senior Bilingual Instructional Designer | Learning Design & Development Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Bilingual Instructional Designer to lead the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions in a corporate environment. You will collaborate closely with business teams, subject‑matter experts, Learning Advisors, and other strategic partners to create dynamic, user‑focused training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs for classroom, virtual, hybrid, and self‑paced formats.
• Analyze business and performance needs to identify effective learning solutions.
• Create and maintain eLearning content using Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360, and related tools.
• Develop simulations, interactive scenarios, gamified courses, videos, audios, and performance‑support materials.
• Produce storyboards, prototypes, assessments, facilitation guides, and participant materials.
• Design measurement methodologies and build data‑collection tools to evaluate learning impact.
• Design visually appealing experiences and user‑centric interfaces.
• Administer and validate content on LMS platforms.
• Research and apply emerging trends and best practices in corporate eLearning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Communication or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or C1).
• More than 4 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning, multimedia or web development.
• Proven experience designing learning solutions across multiple modalities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders.
