Senior Associate Program Manager, Compliance & Integrity

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate Program Manager to join our Compliance & Integrity team. You will work on privacy, data protection, and responsible AI initiatives, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute compliance workstreams for customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Review privacy, integrity, and responsible AI due‑diligence requirements for third‑party suppliers and partners.
• Support customer and prospect questionnaires related to privacy and data compliance.
• Conduct compliance reviews for internal tools and employee relocation requests.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to manage high‑volume workloads using enterprise and AI‑powered tools.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on compliance and integrity policies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
• General understanding of compliance and risk management programs.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
