Senior Analyst – Digital Media (Paid Social)

About the role

Kepler is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Activation (Digital Media) team. In this client‑facing position you will lead the execution and optimization of paid social and broader digital media campaigns, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery across social, video, programmatic, search and app‑install channels.
• Partner with clients to translate business goals into data‑driven media strategies.
• Collaborate with the Optimization & Innovation Manager and internal teams to design sophisticated, performance‑focused programs.
• Oversee and mentor one or more Optimization & Innovation Analysts.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights to drive client results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in paid digital media, especially social platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities with a client‑service mindset.
• Creative problem‑solver who leverages data to inform decisions.
• Leadership qualities to guide junior analysts and influence cross‑functional teams.
