Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a finance‑driven professional to own the full revenue cycle for its Financial & Accounting Services client. This senior remote position will manage everything from quoting to cash collection, supporting fast‑growing startup customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end revenue operations, including quote generation, invoicing, discrepancy reconciliation, receivable tracking and collections.
• Review order forms for accuracy, resolve issues with sales or customers, and respond to invoicing queries.
• Collaborate with the accounting team and validate SQL query outputs for accurate revenue reporting.
• Optimize and upgrade key systems such as QuickBooks Online and Stripe, driving automation and process improvements.
• Communicate billing, invoice and payment status updates professionally to clients.

Required profile

• 2+ years of accounting experience in U.S.‑based companies, focused on accounts receivable and revenue operations.
• Proven track record managing the quote‑to‑cash cycle.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, detail orientation and high integrity.
• Self‑starter who can work independently or collaboratively in a remote startup environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Advanced proficiency with Stripe.
• Ability to review and interpret SQL query outputs.
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Mercury, Chase, Ramp, Brex, Bill.com, ClickUp (bonus).
