AI Tools Operations Lead

About the role

Teradyne is looking for a highly technical AI Tools Operations Lead to own the operational lifecycle of its enterprise AI tool portfolio. This player‑coach position combines hands‑on execution with leadership, vendor management, and governance coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve a common AI Support Operating Model across the enterprise AI tools portfolio.
• Serve as primary administrator for platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude Enterprise, AgentGateway and MCP integrations.
• Manage vendor portals, licensing, provisioning, usage limits, platform configurations, troubleshooting and operational automation.
• Perform monthly billing reconciliation, chargeback allocation, license optimization and financial governance of AI platforms.
• Lead operational activities for new AI tool evaluations, including pilot setup, onboarding workflows, governance intake and production handoff planning.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations, SaaS administration, platform engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong background with Microsoft 365, identity management, vendor management and enterprise support operations.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and drive process improvement.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dataverse, AgentGateway, MCP.
• Identity management (SSO, SCIM, Entra ID, Azure security groups).
• FinOps, ITIL, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Jira Service Management.
• Vendor administration, licensing, billing reconciliation, and financial governance.
