Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead a territory sales team, overseeing daily activities to achieve and exceed established targets. This role involves creating business plans, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal departments to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned sales territories and supervise day‑to‑day activities of the sales team.
• Set, track, and evaluate individual and team goals.
• Develop and implement customer‑specific business plans to uncover new opportunities.
• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to quote prices, provide product information, and build relationships.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts and monitor credit status of accounts.
• Assign duties to ensure coverage and completion of tasks.
• Analyze customer slippage reports to prioritize focus.
• Maintain up‑to‑date account profiles and competitive intelligence.
• Participate in vendor and corporate training to enhance product and industry knowledge.
• Lead hiring, coaching, performance management, and recognition programs for the sales team.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience coaching and developing sales personnel.
