About the role
Join Amazon’s New Seller Recruitment team as a Sales Operations Specialist based in Costa Rica. You will lead a team of Sales Operations Associates and oversee daily tactical work streams that keep the seller journey moving, acting as the bridge between the Costa Rica tactical team and the US‑based Sales Operations group.
Key responsibilities
- Directly manage and develop a team of Sales Operations Associates, setting daily direction, conducting 1:1s, coaching and ensuring quality standards.
- Execute and oversee pipeline support, opportunity assignments, intake triage, ARR‑to‑AGR handoffs and pipeline audits.
- Serve as the liaison between the Costa Rica team and US Sales Operations, communicating priorities, surfacing blockers and providing context.
- Maintain and enforce quality and accuracy standards through regular audits and spot checks.
- Own the Asana intake queue review, triage requests, prioritize work and meet service level agreements.
- Identify patterns for process improvement and partner with the US team to implement automation or streamlining solutions.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented operator who leads by example and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong people‑management skills with experience coaching and developing junior team members.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate across geographic locations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Asana for task and workflow management.
