Sales & Guest Experience Assistant

About the role

Böëna is looking for a Sales & Guest Experience Assistant to support its Experience Designers in creating personalized journeys for international travelers across five lodges. The role blends hospitality sales, reservation management, and guest communication to ensure every detail of a guest’s itinerary is flawlessly executed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing customized itineraries based on guest preferences and travel style.
• Prepare and manage quotes, reservations, and follow‑up communications with prospective and confirmed guests.
• Track commercial opportunities and contribute to sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain warm, professional communication with guests, answering questions promptly.
• Coordinate with Operations, Reservations, and lodge teams to guarantee seamless experience delivery.
• Keep guest, quote, and reservation data up‑to‑date in CRM and reservation systems.
• Handle special requests, ensuring they reach the appropriate team.
• Support the sales team with regular reports and commercial tracking metrics.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or sales.
• Advanced English (B2–C1) – spoken and written.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests without losing detail.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude toward sales targets.
• Team player who remains composed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability for hybrid work in San José with rotating weekend coverage as needed.
