Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing, bilingual Sales Development Representative to join a leading lending firm that provides commercial and residential investment property loans ranging from $500k to $10M. The role will drive the sales pipeline through high‑volume outbound outreach and secure qualified appointments for senior underwriters.

Key responsibilities

• Make at least 100 outbound cold calls daily to prospective real‑estate investors and property owners.
• Qualify leads based on investment criteria, property type and financial requirements.
• Set a target of 10 high‑quality appointments per day for loan originators.
• Maintain accurate lead status in the CRM (HubSpot or GoHighLevel).
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure smooth hand‑off of potential deals.
• Follow up proactively with prospects to keep the sales pipeline robust.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Mid‑to‑senior level experience in cold calling and appointment setting (no entry‑level candidates).
• Proven background in real‑estate finance or investment‑property lending.
