Sales Development Representative II – Costa Rica

About the role

The Sales Development Representative II supports the sales team by generating new business opportunities in Costa Rica. You will contact, qualify, and nurture prospects, turning them into sales‑ready leads for Account Executives and Regional Vice Presidents.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a consistent outreach process via phone and email, making at least 150 calls and 150 emails per week.
• Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales‑ready opportunities.
• Maintain industry and technology knowledge to act as a trusted resource for prospects.
• Develop daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre‑call planning and customized scripts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build strategic contact lists and keep CRM data accurate.
• Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead‑generation results to the Manager of Business Development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from a four‑year university.
• 0–2 years of experience in lead development, sales development, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to meet quota and generate qualified meetings (minimum 8 per month).
• Strong work ethic, effective communication, and alignment with core values of integrity, respect, flexibility, self‑evaluation, knowledge, and compassion.
