Sales Assistant

About the role
Journey Costa Rica is a sustainable luxury travel company seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to support its travel planners and accelerate sales with global operators and agencies. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Costa Rica while contributing to a fast‑paced, community‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to search for hotel and service supplier availability.
- Assist in reviewing and correcting proposal documents to ensure accuracy.
- Verify online hotel rates and confirm pricing in sales proposals.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to align sales quotes with operational delivery.
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Experience using Microsoft 365.
- Background in travel is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
