RPA Developer

About the role

DHL is looking for an RPA Developer to join its Heredia, Costa Rica team. You will work closely with internal departments to design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and document RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
• Gather requirements through client meetings, interviews and workshops, and assess processes for automation opportunities.
• Lead the deployment of RPA projects across countries, managing technical progress and resolving issues.
• Maintain documentation, enforce SOPs and best‑practice standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform testing, create test reports, and manage bots in production as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with RPA platforms and 3 years of general software development.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent English (minimum 90% proficiency).
