Risk Intelligence Analyst – Remote Contractor

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Risk Intelligence Analyst to design and refine structured reasoning rubrics that evaluate AI model outputs related to risk intelligence and crisis management. This contract position supports enterprise‑wide continuity by translating complex threat data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop structured rubrics for assessing AI‑generated risk intelligence.
• Evaluate data sets and scenario simulations to identify potential threats and their operational impact.
• Create expert‑level tasks and benchmarks for AI training aligned with best practices in risk assessment and incident response.
• Collaborate with HR, security, and communications teams to ensure rubrics integrate with enterprise workflows.
• Provide high‑quality written and verbal feedback to improve AI model performance and rubric clarity.
• Analyze crisis management scenarios and advise on multi‑stage response planning for operational continuity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in risk intelligence, crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex reasoning.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment under uncertainty and devise effective multi‑stage responses.
• Familiarity with organizational workflows across HR, security, and communications functions.
