Revenue Operations Analyst

About the role

Workday's Finance Operations team is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join its growing organization. The role sits within a fast-paced, collaborative environment where the team improves processes and builds trust with internal customers. It reports directly to the Manager of Revenue Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the timely and accurate integration of Sales Orders from Salesforce to Workday
• Ensure compliance with SLAs
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Revenue Recognition, Legal, etc.) to resolve Sales Order-related issues
• Identify and lead initiatives that improve efficiency, especially in system improvements and process scaling
• Contribute to the monthly and quarterly revenue close (journal entries, reconciliations)
• Help prepare quarterly supplemental reporting for senior management and support ad hoc reporting or data management requests
• Understand the GTM process and revenue operations changes; UAT experience and collaboration with the Automation team are a plus

Required profile

• 5 to 9 years of experience in financial or revenue operations, including general ledger reconciliations, accounting research and journal entries
• Accounting, finance or another business degree preferred
• Salesforce experience highly preferred; SaaS experience a plus
• Proven track record of improving processes and solving problems
• Excellent communication skills, customer service focus and ability to work with all levels of management
• Ability to lead several projects at once

Required skills

• Understanding of UAT and Salesforce (SFDC)

The company offers a flexible work arrangement: at least 50% of time per quarter in the office or in the field, depending on the role, with remote home-office staff able to meet in person for important moments.
